Q2: Are the products really handmade?
A2: Yes. This product is crafted by artisans with 15 years of experience through a seven-step process taking 6 hours to complete:
1. Material Selection: To ensure a uniform style on both sides, two pieces of wood with symmetrical and coordinated grain direction, structure, and color are selected from many pieces.
2. Cutting: The wood is roughly cut into shape, preparing it for marking.
3. Marking: The wood is precisely marked using molds.
4. Rough Grinding: The marked wood is shaped to match the original scales using 100, 600, and 800 grit tools.
5. Drilling: Custom drill bits are used to create precise holes, ensuring product accuracy and easy installation.
6. Polishing: The scales are polished with 1200-2000 grit sandpaper.
7. Fine Polishing: A Wool Felt Polishing Wheel is used for fine polishing to enhance surface gloss.

A4: This is a characteristic of the wood itself, the color will slowly deepen over time, if you often use it, touch it with your skin, will also accelerate this phenomenon, this is normal, the vast majority of wood will appear this phenomenon.
Q5: Why is there a difference between the scales I received and the ones in the pictures?
A5: We can only guarantee that the scales you receive are roughly similar to the pictures, because there are no two pieces of wood in the world that have exactly the same pattern, if you have a request for the pattern of the wood, please contact us and we will take pictures for you to confirm it before we send it to you, otherwise it will be tacitly assumed that you agree to this clause.
Q6: How would I install it properly?
A6: The installation procedure is very simple and I will show you how to do it in 5 steps:
1. Pry off the original scales with a small knife.
2. Apply wood glue into the four small holes on the handle (just enough to fill them).
3. Align and press the new scales onto the SAK, then wrap with a rubber band to ensure a flat fit（Winding method reference picture）.
4. Insert and remove the tweezers and toothpick (repeat this movement more than 5 times) to prevent excess glue from clogging the slots, then take them out.
5. Let it sit for 2-3 hours (extend by 1-2 hours in winter).
