Q2: Is this real Damascus Powder Steel?

A2: Yes. Damascus powder steel is manufactured using powder metallurgy technology. This process involves mixing various high-quality alloy steel powders（This product is made by mixing two types of steel, 10Cr15CoMoV and 9Cr18MoV，Number of layers: 110 layers）, then subjecting them to high temperatures, pressure, solidification, cooling, and multiple steps like grinding, pressing, forging, etc., to produce blade materials. This type of steel, when acid etched, can display various patterns, presenting irregular and uneven designs on the surface. We guarantee that all the knives we sell are made of genuine Damascus steel.

A3: We intentionally masked the shank of the tool during the acid wash in order to make the tool switch more fluid (the pattern created by the acid wash increases friction)

Note: The tip area of the knife will warp and not fit perfectly, we do not recommend it, if you want to modify it then you can do the following steps:

Sanding position 1 about 1mm, the tip of the knife will move down 2mm, which can solve the problem of the tip of the knife warping, but the tip of the knife may touch the triangular spacer at position 3, so you need to sand the triangular spacer at position 3, this operation requires a certain amount of hands-on ability, we don’t recommend to try it, and there is a possibility that it will not be able to use it, so we don’t recommend that the spring shape B of the user to buy
